Legal Consultant – Litigation

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Consultant – Litigation based in Abu Dhabi. The consultant will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, managing and preparing for litigation cases, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with colleagues and clients to develop legal strategies, offering guidance on legal compliance, and working to achieve favorable outcomes for complex disputes.

• Strong expertise in Litigation, Legal Research, and Legal Analysis
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
• Sound knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and representation skills
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in litigation roles
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent and a valid legal practicing certificate
• Familiarity with the legal system and regulations in Abu Dhabi is an advantage
