A Corporate Trainer is responsible for maintaining the standards of an organization’s talent by providing comprehensive training on the electronic medical records (EMR) and related areas at the start of employment and as needed throughout employment. The duties include working closely with the training manager, team, department heads and company executives to determine areas for employee improvement and providing follow-on training and technical support to physicians and staff. Other related projects as needed.

Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or zero to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous experience with EMR/EHR preferred but not required.
Prior medical office experience preferred but not required.

Add, subtract, multiply, divide.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
Strong technical skills and adaptability to quickly learn computer software. Proficient use of mouse and keyboard (typing 30+ wpm), locating saved files, copy and paste functions, opening and closing software files, navigation of the computer. Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook). Basic troubleshooting ability.
