EMS Manager / Advanced Paramedic

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EMS Manager / Advanced Paramedic to lead and support our emergency medical services operations. This role combines clinical excellence with leadership responsibility, ensuring high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide advanced life support (ALS) care in emergency and non-emergency situations

- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate EMS personnel

- Ensure compliance with DCAS regulations and international best practices

- Oversee daily EMS operations, staffing, and scheduling

- Maintain equipment readiness and fleet compliance

- Develop and implement clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives

- Conduct training sessions and performance assessments

- Prepare operational and incident reports

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Paramedicine, Emergency Medical Services, or related field

- Valid DCAS Advanced Paramedic License or eligibility for obtaining license

- Minimum 5 years of EMS experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification

- Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or ITLS certification

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous EMS management experience

- Knowledge of EMS regulations, policies, and compliance standards

- Ability to manage high-stress and emergency situations

- Strategic planning and problem-solving skill
