EMS Solutions Engineer (Technical & Commercial)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage technical and sales activities for Energy Management Systems (EMS)
• Handle solutions related to:
• Water Meters, kWh Meters, BTU Meters
• Wireless/IoT Integration (AMR/AMI systems)
• Metering, Monitoring & Billing Platforms
• Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, and quotations
• Conduct site surveys, system design, and client presentations
• Execute testing, commissioning, and system integration
• Prepare and submit handover documentation as per consultant/client requirements
• Provide post-installation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in EMS, metering, or automation systems
• Strong knowledge of smart metering, IoT/wireless communication, and billing systems
• Experience in testing, commissioning, and documentation processes
• Ability to prepare technical and commercial proposals/quotations
• Good communication and client management skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge of protocols such as Modbus, M-Bus, BACnet, LoRa, NB-IoT, etc.
• Experience in AMR/AMI systems
• GCC experience will be an advantage
