Key Responsibilities

Emergency Response & Patient Care

* Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide pre-hospital care.

* Perform rapid patient assessment (primary and secondary surveys).

* Administer basic and advanced life support interventions (BLS & ACLS).

* Stabilize patients with trauma, cardiac, respiratory, and other acute conditions.

* Monitor vital signs and patient condition continuously during transport.

Clinical Procedures

* Administer medications as per protocol and physician direction.

* Perform IV cannulation, airway management, and oxygen therapy.

* Assist in resuscitation procedures (CPR, defibrillation).

* Manage wounds, fractures, and bleeding control.

Patient Transport

* Ensure safe and efficient transportation of patients to healthcare facilities.

* Communicate patient condition effectively to receiving medical teams.

* Maintain patient documentation during transit.

Coordination & Communication

* Work closely with paramedics, physicians, and emergency teams.

* Provide clear handover reports using structured communication tools (e.g., SBAR).

* Communicate with patients and families in a calm and professional manner.

Documentation & Compliance

* Accurately complete patient care reports and incident documentation.

* Adhere to hospital policies, protocols, and international emergency care standards.

* Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety guidelines.

Equipment & Readiness

* Maintain ambulance equipment, medications, and supplies.

* Ensure all emergency tools are functional and ready for use.

* Report equipment malfunctions promptly.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Diploma in Nursing

* Valid Nursing License (QCHP or eligible in Qatar)

* Certification in:

* BLS (Basic Life Support)

* ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

* PHTLS or ITLS (preferred)

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Emergency or Pre-Hospital Care

* Experience in ambulance or emergency response is highly preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR6,000.00 per month
