Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities.
  • Achieve sales goals by managing the sales team and key accounts.
  • Identify and secure new government business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of services.
  • Represent the hotel in official meetings and government events.
  • Enhance the hotel's community image and market presence.
Requirements & Skills
  • Saudi national with experience in sales or government relations (hospitality preferred).
  • A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and able to demonstrate excellent standards and sales productivity.
  • Commercially astute, multi-tasker who is motivated by challenge.
  • Driven and ambitious to increase productivity and sales volume with appropriate techniques.
  • Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to enhance the hotel's community image.
  • Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
