Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government entities.
- Achieve sales goals by managing the sales team and key accounts.
- Identify and secure new government business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Represent the hotel in official meetings and government events.
- Enhance the hotel's community image and market presence.
Requirements & Skills
- Saudi national with experience in sales or government relations (hospitality preferred).
- A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and able to demonstrate excellent standards and sales productivity.
- Commercially astute, multi-tasker who is motivated by challenge.
- Driven and ambitious to increase productivity and sales volume with appropriate techniques.
- Clear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to enhance the hotel's community image.
- Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
