(Enabling and Piling Works) Structural Design Engineer

-Evaluate the stability of existing structures and determine the need for shoring and shoring type.

-Develop detailed plans and designs for shoring systems to support buildings and structures during construction.

-Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and the ability to analyze the stability and load-bearing capacity of structures.

-Proficiency in engineering software and tools used for design and analysis including AutoCAD.

-Precision in calculations and design to ensure safety and effectiveness.

-Ability to clearly communicate technical information to a variety of stakeholders, including non-engineers.

-Aptitude for identifying potential issues and developing effective solutions.

-Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards related to shoring and construction in Dubai/UAE.

Requirements:

-Must have at least 5 years experience in the piling and structure design, preferably in the enabling works and piling field.

-Dubai Municipality accredited for piling and foundation design is essential.

-Ability to communicate and report effectively.

-Have effective communication skills – written and verbal
