Job Description
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Purchasing and Finance modules.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Procurement Cloud modules such as Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management , and iSupplier Portal .
- Solid understanding of customizations including reports, OAF, Oracle Mobile applications , and their related services.
- Proven experience with Oracle EBS Procurement modules and Oracle standard business processes , including system integrations .
- In-depth product knowledge of Oracle Financials Cloud modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM) , and Projects (Costing, Accounting, Billing) .
- Experience conducting client workshops , requirement gathering , Fit-Gap analysis , and process design sessions.
- Hands-on experience in at least 4–5 full-cycle Oracle implementations or rollouts .
- Perform detailed functional evaluations and analyses to address business needs.
- Participate in design discussions to identify process gaps and propose scalable, efficient solutions.
- Map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules and recommend best-fit configurations.
- Responsible for functional solution design , application setup , and system testing .
- Prepare and maintain functional design documents and collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Support, troubleshoot, and manage existing Oracle applications, including custom extensions (CEMLI components) and retrofitted modules.
- Participate in system testing and validation to ensure quality and functional accuracy.
- Prepare and review technical design documentation and unit test cases .
- Follow industry best practices for solution design and delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with clients, business users, and IT teams .
- Ability to coordinate with offshore teams effectively.
