Role Overview

We are seeking two experienced End User Computing (EUC) Engineers to support and manage endpoint lifecycle processes, including OS image deployment, patching, and compliance reporting.
This role requires hands-on expertise in SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and patch management tools.
The ideal candidates will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and compliance of all user devices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

OS Image & Endpoint Management

• Create, manage, and deploy Windows OS images using SCCM, Intune, and Autopilot.

• Configure and manage device provisioning, including hardware enrollment and application deployment.

Patch Management & Compliance

• Administer patch management processes using SCCM or Intune to ensure timely and secure OS and application updates.

• Generate and analyze compliance reports to identify and remediate non-compliant devices.

• Coordinate patch testing and pilot groups prior to full deployment.

Endpoint Security & Configuration

• Enforce device compliance policies and configuration baselines.

• Support BitLocker, antivirus, firewall, and other endpoint security measures.

• Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams to address vulnerabilities and maintain endpoint integrity.

Operational Support

• Troubleshoot issues related to imaging, deployment, and patching.

• Work closely with Service Desk and L2/L3 support teams for escalations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, policies, and systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in End User Computing / Desktop Engineering roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and Windows Autopilot.

• Solid understanding of Windows OS deployment, patching, and compliance.

• Experience with Group Policy, Active Directory, and endpoint configuration management.

• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell preferred) for automation and reporting.

• Familiarity with enterprise security standards and endpoint hardening practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications: MD-102, MD-100, or MS-102 (Intune, Endpoint Administrator, etc.).

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of Azure AD, Endpoint Analytics, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
