End-User Computing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented End-User Computing Specialist to join our IT team in Istanbul. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, maintaining end-user environments, and ensuring the seamless operation of daily IT services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver first and second-level technical support to end users (on-site and remote)
• Install, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows devices and related hardware
• Administer Active Directory (user accounts, groups, permissions, GPOs, etc.)
• Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Cisco switches
• Perform network patching and structured cabling activities
• Manage, monitor, and resolve IT service requests through ManageEngine and/or ServiceNow
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory in compliance with company policies
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Provide remote IT support to additional company locations when required
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient and uninterrupted IT operations

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Currently residing in Istanbul
• Good command of English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience in Active Directory administration
• Solid knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, network printers, etc.)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and troubleshooting
• Practical experience with Cisco switches
• Knowledge of structured cabling and network patching
• Experience using ManageEngine and ServiceNow
• Familiarity with IT asset management processes
• Experience in device setup, installation, and end-user support
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
• Completed military service obligation (for male candidates)
