Key Responsibilities:

• VIP and End-User Support
  Provide high-level technical support to VIPs and end-users, including hardware break-fix, desk-side support (DSS), and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services.
• Smart Hands Support
  Offer on-site assistance for remote IT teams, including hardware replacements, cable management, and system troubleshooting.
• Audio-Visual / Meeting Room Support
  Manage and support AV equipment for meetings and events, ensuring smooth operation of conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, etc.).
• Device Onboarding / Offboarding
  Handle device setup, configuration, and deployment for new users; perform secure data wiping and returns during offboarding.
• Asset & Inventory Management
  Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory. Conduct regular audits and ensure timely updates to asset databases.
• Dispatch Coordination
  Coordinate with field technicians and service partners for efficient dispatch and resolution of technical issues.
• Vendor & ISP Coordination
  Liaise with local vendors and internet service providers to ensure timely service delivery, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Local Network Support
  Provide basic network troubleshooting support including LAN/WAN connectivity, cabling, and switch port checks.
• User Guidance & Training
  Assist users with IT tools, provide training on best practices, and support IT policy compliance.
• Documentation & Reporting
  Maintain accurate documentation for support activities, assets, configurations, and incidents. Generate periodic reports as needed.
