We are looking for an experienced End User Support Engineer to join our team in Tokyo. You will provide user support and maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Responsibilities

Provide phone, remote, and desk-side support for desktops, laptops, VDIs, and Thin Clients, troubleshooting hardware, software, monitors, printers, and network devices

Support Windows 11, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, conferencing tools, telephony, messaging, and remote connectivity

Administer user accounts, permissions, and IT service accounts

Manage mobility solutions, including MDM, MFA, VPN, and mobile devices
Requirements

Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops and endpoints

Experience with Windows 11, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and IT account management

Knowledge of conferencing, telephony, messaging, and collaboration tools

Familiarity with MDM, MFA, VPN, and mobile device support

Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
