We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Endodontist OR General Dentist who is proficient in Endodontics to join our dynamic dental team at SmileCross Dental. In this vital role, you will deliver expert root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and comfort. Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive endodontic treatments, including root canal therapy, retreatments, apicoectomies, and other specialized procedures.
• Conduct detailed patient assessments, explaining procedures clearly and addressing patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain strict infection control protocols using aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure to practice dentistry with specialization credentials in Endodontics.
• Proven experience performing root canal therapy and other endodontic procedures within a dental clinic or dental office setting.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and infection control standards.
• Ability to work efficiently using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize patient comfort and procedural accuracy.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical records and patient privacy is essential.

Pay: $207,714.69 - $250,151.02 per year
