MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As an Endpoint Management Systems Administrator, you will provide enterprise level endpoint provisioning, deployment, patching, compliance, and sustainment support. You will manage and secure the platforms that deliver operating systems, applications, policies, and configurations to thousands of devices, ensuring stability, readiness, and alignment with security and configuration standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administer enterprise endpoint management platforms supporting full lifecycle activities, including provisioning, configuration, imaging, and sustainment of workstation operating systems and endpoint devices

Manage automated deployment services, including OS imaging, task sequences, driver packages, boot images, and standardized configuration baselines

Administer device authentication, registration, policy enforcement, encryption, and secure configuration settings across diverse network environments

Support application lifecycle management, including packaging, deployment, distribution, and troubleshooting of software delivery issues

Maintain and update endpoint configuration policies, collections, compliance settings, and deployment rules to ensure consistent enforcement of enterprise standards

Monitor endpoint health, availability, performance, patch levels, and compliance posture; identify issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate remediation actions

Perform patch management operations, including automated deployment of security patches, OS updates, and application updates to maintain secure and current endpoints

Conduct vulnerability and compliance remediation activities, including reviewing SCAP and vulnerability reports, validating corrective actions, and enforcing secure configuration baselines

Troubleshoot complex endpoint issues involving imaging, application deployment, authentication, domain join failures, profile management, and hardware compatibility

Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, cloud, virtualization, and operations teams to integrate new capabilities, maintain secure configurations, and support modernization initiatives

Develop and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, configuration guides, and change management artifacts to support ongoing operations and sustainment

Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint incidents, service requests, and escalations in alignment with enterprise service levels
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Endpoint Management Systems Administrator Senior - Requires a Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field or 8+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree.
Endpoint Management Systems Administrator Principal - Requires a Bachelor’s degree in an IT‑related field or 10+ years of relevant IT experience in lieu of a degree. -
CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph

CERTIFICATIONS: Meet DoD 8140 Information Assurance Workforce certification requirements (e.g., Security+ CE)

Additional training – Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (40+ hrs)

Hands on experience administering enterprise endpoint management platforms (e.g., MECM/ Intune or similar) across multinetwork environments
-
Strong proficiency in OS deployment, task sequencing, imaging, driver management, application packaging, and automation

Experience with secure configuration, endpoint hardening, encryption, and compliance enforcement

Familiarity with patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint compliance auditing

Ability to diagnose and resolve complex endpoint, authentication, profile, and configuration issues

Strong documentation, communication, and cross team collaboration skills

US citizenship required
