Job Description:

Muna Energy LLC, a growing energy solutions provider based in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Energy Coordinator to support the planning, monitoring, and optimization of energy operations and sustainability initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in tracking energy consumption, coordinating efficiency programs, and assisting in the implementation of sustainable energy practices across projects and facilities.

This position is ideal for someone with a strong interest in energy management, sustainability, and operational efficiency within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze energy consumption data across company projects and facilities.
• Assist in developing and implementing energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams to ensure optimal energy usage.
• Prepare regular reports on energy performance, savings, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support compliance with local energy regulations and environmental standards in Qatar.
• Assist in conducting energy audits and identifying areas for improvement.
• Track utility usage (electricity, water, fuel) and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with external vendors and contractors on energy-related projects.
• Maintain accurate records of energy data, reports, and documentation.
• Support renewable energy and sustainability projects, including solar and efficiency upgrades.
• Stay updated on industry trends, energy technologies, and regulatory changes.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management on energy performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering, Environmental Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in energy management, sustainability, or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of energy systems, utilities, and efficiency practices.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, dashboards, etc.).
• Knowledge of energy regulations and sustainability standards in Qatar is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Additional Skills:

• Familiarity with energy management systems (EMS) is an advantage.
• Ability to interpret technical data and convert it into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
• Project coordination experience in technical or engineering environments.
