Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- At least 8 years of working experience in the same position in construction industry
- Knowledge of all Design Trades (Architecture and MEP)
- Knowledge of all civil engineering concepts, methods and procedures
- Knowledge of building construction process and phases
- Knowledge of policies and procedures related to Sustainability and GSAS
Main Role:
- Prepare and ensure that design and project site records are in compliance with GSAS standards. Act as coordinator between site and the Design team for all GSAS related activities and requirements.
