Energy Manager – Chillers & FAHU Specialist

Manzil Group is looking to hire an Energy Manager with strong expertise in chiller plants, chilled-water systems, FAHUs, AHUs, and HVAC performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and optimize chiller plant performance (CHW supply/return, delta-T, pumps, controls).
• Troubleshoot HVAC issues including high humidity, low cooling output, air balancing, and FAHU performance.
• Conduct energy audits and identify efficiency improvements in mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Analyze BMS/SCADA data to diagnose operational issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare technical reports and support sustainability and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Ensure efficient operation of all energy-related systems across the facility.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/Energy Engineering.
• 5+ years experience in HVAC, chiller plants, or energy optimization.
• Strong knowledge of FAHUs, AHUs, chilled-water systems, and troubleshooting methods.
• Experience with BMS systems and performance analysis.
