Renewals Consultant

JOB PURPOSE

The Renewals Consultant supports the renewal process within the Free Zone Authority by providing assistance and guidance to clients. This role involves facilitating the renewal process, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Description-

Experienced in Client-facing and sales role

• Demonstrated ability to convert prospects, close deals, and achieve sales quotas

• Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.

• Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills.

• Strong communication skill (verbal and writing) and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm

• Competent knowledge of the Freezone

• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to multi-tasks
