What You’ll Be Doing as an Energy Sales Assistant:

  • Engage directly with local residents to enroll qualified households into no-cost solar subscription programs
  • Guide conversations around how community solar works—breaking down the benefits in everyday language
  • Address questions clearly and confidently, providing accurate, up-to-date information
  • Track outreach efforts, appointments, and enrollment progress using internal software
  • Stay current on local energy trends, solar policy, and household eligibility guidelines
  • Collaborate with outreach teams to improve messaging, tools, and campaign strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,700.00 per month
