Chief Executive Officer (Energy Sector)

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) leads the company’s overall strategy, operations, financial performance, and long-term growth. This role is responsible for setting the vision, aligning the executive team, and ensuring the organization delivers safe, profitable, and sustainable results in a highly regulated energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s strategic direction, business priorities, and growth plans.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and execution against board-approved goals.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, performance management, and profitability improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal requirements, governance standards, and ESG expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, regulators, investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Drive operational excellence, risk management, innovation, and digital transformation across the business.
• Represent the company publicly and act as its senior spokesperson in strategic forums and industry platforms.
• Develop executive talent, strengthen organizational culture, and support succession planning.

Required Qualifications

• Proven executive leadership experience in the energy, utilities, oil and gas, or power sector.
• Strong track record in strategy execution, financial leadership, and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of energy markets, regulatory frameworks, and operational risk.
• Experience working with boards of directors and leading senior leadership teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC energy market.
• Exposure to renewables, energy transition, or large-scale infrastructure.
• Ability to manage complex public-private relationships and international partnerships.

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our energy business in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic direction, operational performance, financial results, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal leader will bring deep energy sector experience, strong board-level leadership, and a proven ability to drive growth in a dynamic and regulated market.

Pay: ﷼76.00 - ﷼220.00 per hour
