Executive Opportunity: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Gas Industry

Location: Dubai/Sharjah/KSA (Jeddah & Riyadh)

Role Overview:
As CEO, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, leadership, and operational performance of the company. You will oversee all aspects of the business—including commercial strategy, operations, finance, regulatory compliance, and market development—ensuring sustainable growth and stakeholder value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategic plan
• Lead and manage executive and departmental teams to achieve business goals
• Drive revenue growth through market expansion, partnerships, and diversification
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and government entities
• Represent the company at industry events, forums, and high-level engagements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in senior leadership roles, preferably within the gas, oil & energy, or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of the Middle East market and regulatory environment
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership style
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Background in engineering, business management, or related fields (MBA preferred)
• Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving transformation
