Energy Sector CEO

Role Overview

The Energy Sector CEO is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall management of the company within the energy sector. This role ensures sustainable growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with national energy priorities while maximizing value for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s long-term vision, strategy, and business objectives
• Lead operations across energy production, distribution, sustainability, and innovation initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Saudi energy regulations, environmental standards, and corporate governance requirements
• Represent the company in dealings with government entities, regulators, partners, and investors
• Drive financial performance, profitability, and cost efficiency
• Oversee major investments, projects, and risk management strategies
• Promote health, safety, environmental, and quality standards across all operations
• Build and lead a high-performing executive management team
• Support national energy goals, including diversification, localization, and sustainability initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in the energy, oil & gas, power, or utilities sector
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia’s energy market, regulatory framework, and industry trends
• Proven track record in strategic planning, large-scale project management, and financial leadership

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ﷼500.00 - ﷼700.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
