Job Purpose
Design, guide and support the overall Human Resources Communications Strategy. Develop a communications plan that supports the overall objectives. Counsel human resources leaders and associates on communication planning and approaches. Align and integrate the communications objectives of all divisions within HR, through partnership and planning.
Report To Position Name
- Handling the engagement program and guide organization wide initiatives with continuous liaison with HRBP to improve the organization engagement level.
- Manage annual Engagement Survey with Etisalat Group and present analysis to top management
- Values rollout & Culture: Handling all related cultural and corporate values rollout programs.
- Coordination with consultants to administrate cultural programs and initiatives.
- To assist and facilitate the formulating, and report Company long term HR, Admin, and Procurement Strategy to achieve corporate and Etisalat Group business objectives, Smart Spending and talent strategies.
- Support in designing Strategic KPIs for the HR, Admin, and Procurement departments
- Report progress on Strategic KPIs and operational plans with alignment to Etisalat business plan,
- Operation Excellence, Corporate Culture, and Engagement attributes.
- Manage HR certification and award programs.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL
University Degree in Fine Arts, Mass Communication or similar. (Area of experience) ) : Communications, Graphic Design Excellent Computer skills, Advanced MS excel is required.
QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE
Principles of commercial communication MS SharePoint administration 3D Max & Photoshop Macromedia Flash. Certificates
EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL
Minimum 5 to 7 years Experience.
