Role Purpose:

The Engagement Associate will support the planning and coordination of client engagement events, activations, and campaigns to enhance Aldar’s customer experience. This role acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders—such as the Events team, Marketing, and Customer teams—to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.

While event setup and production logistics are handled by the Events team, the Engagement Associate will focus on planning, communication alignment, audience segmentation, asset coordination, and post-event analysis. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and a passion for creating premium client experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Event & Campaign Planning

  • Coordinate event timelines, guest targeting, and project milestones.
  • Act as the main point of contact between Marketing (for branding and content), Events (for execution), and other internal teams.
  • Maintain event checklists and ensure alignment across all departments involved.

2. Client Targeting & Communications

  • Collaborate with data and CRM teams to define target audience segments per event.
  • Coordinate invitation dispatches, WhatsApp messages, and follow-up communications.
  • Track RSVPs and manage communication before and after the event.

3. Creative & Brand Alignment

  • Ensure that all branding and content materials align with Aldar’s tone, visual identity, and campaign goals.
  • Stay up to date on creative trends to inspire activations and campaign engagement ideas.
  • Brief relevant teams on asset requirements and ensure timely approvals.

4. Event-Day Coordination & Post-Analysis

  • Attend events to monitor guest experience touchpoints and ensure delivery of the intended customer journey.
  • Gather live feedback and ensure smooth coordination across teams during the event.
  • Prepare post-event reports, documenting performance, client feedback, and improvement areas.
