Engagement Specialist

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Engagement Specialist to strengthen internal communication, foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee experience across the organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring employees feel informed, connected and engaged with our mission, values, and goals.

Worksite / Location: Fayoum

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and with regional calendar, aligned with YEMEA Communications.
• Create engaging content for internal channels (email, intranet, newsletters, town halls, presentations) – regular basis and upon request/ special projects.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, campaigns and events (YEMEA CSR calendar).
• Partner with HR, leadership, and managers to support change communication and culture initiatives.
• Measure engagement and communication effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics, respecting YEMEA frame.
• Support employer branding and internal storytelling through defined channels or initiate new ones.
• Ensure messaging is consistent, inclusive, and aligned with company values.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field.
• +1 year of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or HR communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
