KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute physical layout of PCB, substrate designs (parts creation, placement, routing, trace length adjustment, verification, cam validation etc.)
• Create netlist and routing rules (logical Design) from customer provided information).
• Apply electrical design concepts' knowledge (high-speed design, RF, and power) to meet project requirements.
• Create design documents and training.
• Must be capable to meet quality and lead time objectives.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• 4 to 5 years PCB Design Experience with significant portion involving substrate design/Interposer design with HDI design concept
• Working knowledge in netlisting, schematics usage, electrical and routing rules creation (constraint manager)
• High proficiency Cadence Allegro and AutoCAD/CAM/scripting will be an added advantage
• Detail oriented, consistently meeting committed project deadlines
• Good communicator, written and verbal, using English
