The Impact You'll Make
As our Engineer (Engineering Document Coordinator), you’ll play a key role in the Specialty BU at Danfoss India Innovation Center (DIIC), within the Fluid Conveyance group of Danfoss Power Solutions. You’ll manage, standardize, and maintain all technical documentation related to LCDC products, including engineering prints, 3D models, test reports, certifications, and internal standards.
Your impact?
You’ll ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and external requirements, enabling efficient collaboration and traceability across global engineering teams.
You’ll work closely with global R&D and Engineering teams, taking ownership of documentation processes and PLM tools to drive a more efficient and connected engineering environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Lead the management and standardization of all LCDC technical documentation, including assembly prints, 3D models, test reports, and certifications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with ISO, OCP, and customer-specific standards.
  • Support global engineering and certification teams by maintaining version control, organizing document storage, and managing distribution through PLM tools such as Teamcenter, Info-Center, and SAP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CPE, Product Engineering, and Application Engineering to align documentation processes, product standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Utilize expertise in 3D modeling and drawing review to ensure dimensional accuracy, tolerance alignment, and simplified model maintenance for LCDC products.
  • Continuously improve documentation and engineering standards by contributing to global initiatives, sharing best practices, and driving consistency across regions and product lines.
What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in engineering documentation, CAD modeling, or product lifecycle management, preferably within a manufacturing or fluid conveyance environment
  • Proficiency in UG-NX, Creo, AutoCAD, and PLM systems (Teamcenter preferred), with strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with global cross-functional teams, managing multiple documentation streams effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive mindset for process improvement, standardization, and continuous learning.
