Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional (Engineer or Diploma holder) for Electrical Harness Integration in our UAV development projects. The role involves working on high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) systems, harness design, and integration activities in line with aviation quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret, prepare, and validate electrical harness drawings.
• Integrate harness systems with HV & LV electrical architecture, including Power Distribution Units (PDUs).
• Work on battery power systems and understand cooling system requirements, particularly those used in EVs and UAVs .
• Support harness routing, proto-building, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Ensure compliance with relevant aviation quality standards during prototyping and integration.
• Support documentation, reviews, and testing as per project requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering.
• Solid understanding of HV & LV systems, PDUs, and wiring harnesses.
• Familiarity with battery power systems and thermal/cooling management concepts used in EVs.
• Ability to interpret and prepare harness drawings.
• Knowledge of CREO (or equivalent CAD software) is an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Proto industry practices and hands-on experience in harness integration.
• Prior experience in UAV or EV projects preferred.
• General understanding of aviation industry quality standards.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
