Job description:

The principal responsibilities essentially include:

 To understand the project drawings as Plant Layout, Array layout, Sectional detail drawings, Architectural drawings, Land Survey, SOP, Method of statement, Specification etc.

 Execution knowledge of all civil activities of Switchyard, MCR Building, Plant fencing, Substation, ICR FDN,IDT FDN, SG FDN & Piling, MMS, Module & all related Solar Plant activities.

 Erection Knowledge of the erection of Robotic structures & It’s handing over.

 Knowledge of making Bar Bending schedule, Material Re-conciliation, Quantity & Items amendments as per Drawings & specification.

 To ensure the construction work as per approved design and drawing for all phases of engineering construction relating to equipment.

 Plan and co-ordinate all aspects of the construction process with the contractors.

 Perform all daily inspections and test of the scope to achieve the quality of construction indicated in the drawings and specifications for all works performed by the contractor.

 Cary out inspection/RFI for execution methodology for all civil foundations and structures and ensures construction activity at the site are as per approved method statement and Field quality (FQP) and testing plan.

 Knowledge of Vendors billing and mandatory required documents to process the bill.

 To ensure the Erection, tightening, RFI and commissioning of all MMS structure including modules as per approved FQP or OEM installation and testing guidelines.

 Ensure HSE aspects of the project.

 Ensure subcontractor performance to comply with contract requirements and issue periodic alerts to contractors to ensure the construction quality of the project.

 Review the project quality reports and punch list with appropriate mitigation techniques to get the compliance report from contractor for smooth handover of the project.

 Providing technical guidance to contractors whenever required for re-solving various complications of site with the close interaction with HO team.

 To ensure the proper co-ordination with contractors for submission of project deliverable on time.

 Reconciliation of all supply and service scope of contractor and closing of contract
