Solution Development

Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models and agentic systems for enterprise use cases.

Develop and maintain MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, and monitoring.

Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability.

Integration & Platform Enablement

Integrate AI solutions with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.

Support the evolution of the enterprise AI platform and adoption of new technologies.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure AI solutions adhere to internal governance frameworks, security, and regulatory requirements.

Implement responsible AI principles, including explainability and bias mitigation.

Collaboration & Innovation

Work closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.

Participate in innovation initiatives, sandbox environments, and vendor collaborations.

Required Experience and Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

6+ years in AI/ML engineering, model development, and deployment in technology or financial services.

Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and distributed computing.

Analytical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication.

Must have experience of deploying agentic AI solution in production.
