Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Aqua Engineer to manage and maintain all water-related systems within the Water Park. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in water treatment, pump operations, and filtration systems, with hands-on experience in maintaining swimming pools, water slides, and related aquatic equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of water rides, filtration, and pumping systems.
• Monitor and maintain water quality parameters (chlorine, pH, TDS, etc.) as per safety standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues related to water systems and ensure minimal downtime.
• Conduct daily inspection of pools, pipelines, filters, and valves to ensure smooth functioning.
• Supervise water system installation, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, water testing, and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards for water quality.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors for technical support or replacement of parts.
• Assist in energy and water conservation initiatives within the park.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Aquatic Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in water park, swimming pool, or water treatment operations.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, motors, filtration systems, and dosing equipment.
• Understanding of water quality testing procedures and chemical handling.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and maintenance skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and preventive maintenance practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in water park or resort-based aquatic facility management.
• Familiarity with PLC systems, automation controls, and energy-efficient technologies.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems related to aquatic operations.
