Engineer - Autoclave Operations & Maintenance

Steribio Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer of injectable formulations (LVP), is looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to join our Engineering Department.

Job Title: Engineer – Autoclave Operations & Maintenance
Department: Engineering / Utilities
Location: Patas, Pune
Reports To: Manager

Qualifications:

• ITI, Diploma in Mechanical, or B.E. Mechanical

Experience:

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical/sterile formulations industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the operation of superheated autoclaves at 121°C and 108°C.
• Support in validation of superheated autoclave cycles.
• Perform preventive maintenance of superheated autoclaves.
• Operate and maintain garment autoclaves, ensuring all preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements during operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
