Engineer Coordinator

Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements,

scope and objectives

Assist the Architects & Engineers in the Review of Drawings –

Architectural & MEP (Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Emergency Exit

light, Fire suppression & Kitchen Ventilation ) to check Authority

Compliance.

Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost effective manner

Handling Multiple Projects Efficiently

Collection of requirements for the project

Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to

the client and project team

Monitor and track project’s progress and handle or escalate any

issues that arise, as appropriate.

Effective Schedule & Resource Management to meet the project target

dates.

Determine and set procedures to monitor KPIs to improve operational

efficiency

Monitoring Project Progress to identify any potential delays and taking

corrective actions

Analysis of project data, identify any upcoming risks and develop mitigation plans

Create and maintaining proper records for tracking the task on daily basis.

Supporting the projects Manager in Project close out

Submission and follow up of required documents & drawings in web portal of Authorities

Preparation & Review of Documents required by Authorities

Coordination with Client, Design Team & Contractors to ensure on-time completion of job

Follow ups with Client on general enquiries

Follow up with PRO/Municipality on the project issues

Reporting the project status to manager/client

Coordination with Client for clearance of pending invoices.

Perform document control duties which includes registering all the incoming and out coming

correspondence, transmitting drawings and documents and other related documentations from the project site

Prepared the plan, section, elevation and site/service /location plan of the proposed building

using AutoCAD

Site clearance and inspection to ensure that the work is as per specifications and obtained

approval on drawings from the authorities
