Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with a background in Mechanical Engineering to support our HVAC sales team. You will act as the vital link between our Sales Engineers, the warehouse, and our customers. Your primary goal is to manage the administrative sales flow for HVAC products (Copper, Refrigerants, Chillers, etc.), ensuring quotes are accurate, orders are processed, and sales reports are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Documentation: Assist Sales Engineers in the marketing and sales of HVAC products (Copper, Refrigerants, Compressors, Chillers, etc.) by preparing formal quotations and technical submittals.
- Order Management: Coordinate the end-to-end process of sales orders, from initial inquiry to commercial negotiation support and final delivery coordination.
- Lead & Database Management: Support the lead generation process by organizing new customer inquiries and maintaining a database of large accounts and project opportunities.
- Price Coordination: Maintain up-to-date pricing sheets for HVAC accessories and assist in calculating commercial margins for negotiations.
- Reporting & Analytics: Compile and forward weekly/monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager, tracking KPIs, sales activities, Business Won & Lost, and commitment risks.
- Technical Liaison: Use your HVAC product knowledge to cross-check that the accessories (Fans, Brazing Rods, Controllers) match the project requirements before finalizing orders.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and after-sales service coordination.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Essential for understanding product technicalities).
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales support, coordination, or junior engineering role within the HVAC industry.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with high-level executives and internal teams.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust with customers and maintain strong internal business relationships.
