What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a Project Engineer – Electronics Quality who will join our team at Product Quality Directorate / Central Electronics in Beko.

In this role, the candidate will play a key part in enhancing global visibility of electronics quality performance through data integration, automation, and advanced reporting. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives that support Beko’s Zero Defect vision.

• Improving integration, automation and readability for the periodic global reports of Electronics Quality
• Preparing and publishing the electronics service call rate, warranty reports and tracking the key improvement activities systematically
• Preparing and publishing mobile application rate reports and tracking the key improvement activities systematically
• Preparing and publishing EMS supplier performance reports
• Developing dashboards in environments such as Qlik Sense
• Coordinating and improving the platform for quality projects in the area of digitalisation and automation

The position is located in Çayırova, İstanbul, Turkey.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor’s Student (4th year) or Master of Science Student in Electronics or Computer Engineering
• General knowledge of data analytics, databases, and visual & statistical reporting.
• Medium Level Knowledge of Power Automate, AI, LLM, and Qlik Sense is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Recognizing and understanding the emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
