Job Description
Abu Issa Holding is looking for an experienced Sales Engineer – ELV Systems to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical knowledge of ELV solutions with proven sales expertise and local market experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and business development of ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Intercom, SMATV, PA Systems, and related solutions
- Preparation of BOQs, technical submittals, compliance documents, and material specifications
- Participate in site surveys, client meetings, and technical discussions
- Prepare costing and follow up on quotations, RFQs, and proposals
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate solutions and timely submissions
- Maintain sales trackers, reports, and basic CRM updates
- Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Coordinate with suppliers for technical support, pricing, and negotiations
- Ensure compliance with MOI regulations and relevant local standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of ELV sales experience in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of ELV systems and solutions
- Good understanding of MOI regulations
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or any relevant bachelor’s degree
- UPDA certification preferred
- Valid Qatar driving license preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
