Engineer - Emirati

Role Overview:

We are looking for Emirati Talent Engineering Graduates to join a structured development program across Food Production, Supply Chain, and Quality functions. This role offers hands-on exposure to manufacturing operations, continuous improvement initiatives, food safety systems, and supply chain processes, providing a strong foundation for future specialist and leadership positions within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily manufacturing operations, production planning activities, and line efficiency improvement projects.
  • Assist in supply and demand planning, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics operations to ensure product availability and cost optimization.
  • Participate in the implementation and monitoring of quality systems, including HACCP, ISO standards, and food safety compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity enhancement, waste reduction, safety performance, and customer service excellence.
  • Analyse operational and process data to identify bottlenecks and recommend practical engineering solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Maintenance, Procurement, Quality, and Commercial functions to achieve operational KPIs.
  • Support reporting, documentation, and process standardization activities across assigned departments. Participate in training programs, mentorship opportunities, and rotational assignments designed to accelerate professional development.

Must Haves:

  • These roles are a part of the Emiratization initiative and we invite applications from young graduates and also candidates with 3+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Food, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 0-3 years of experience within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, or related industries.
  • Internship, co-op, or graduation project experience within manufacturing or operations environments is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work within factory, warehouse, or operational environments and work shifts when required.
