Responsible to lead the teams in maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, focusing on planned preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, execution, quality control, safety, and team development, bridging technical work with strategic oversight for optimal building climate control and efficiency. He shall manage maintenance schedules, end-user coordination, work access, repair works planning ensuring compliance with standards, coordinating with other trades, and acting as a key liaison for stakeholders on routine maintenance jobs and replacement / new installation works.
