Coordinate system integration, manufacturing, testing and installation of harnesses across the systems related to UAV.
Prepare and maintain harness documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and configuration records.
Support troubleshooting, failure analysis, and issue resolution during integration and testing phases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless electrical and mechanical integration.
Contribute to design reviews, Testing, quality inspections, and certification activities for UAV electrical systems.
Desired Skills:
Expertise in Developing 2D board Drawings and developing 3D wire harness routing using CATIA Electrical V6 or later (Must have).
Expertise on wire and connector selection as per requirements from cross functional teams.
Strong understanding of electrical systems, wiring standards, and aerospace harness design principles.
Knowledge of EMI/EMC practices, connector selection, and wire gauge/current capacity considerations.
Experience with system integration, validation, and electrical testing (continuity, insulation, HV tests).
Additional Skills:
Hands-on experience with connector selection (MIL-DTL, D38999 series), crimping, and harness assembly.
Familiarity with electrical standards (AS50881, IPC/WHMA-A-620, DO-160, MIL-STD-810).
Required Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics or related fields.

2+ years of hands-on experience in wire harness design and integration (preferably in aerospace, UAV, or automotive domain).
