Job Description:
TheEngineer I, Supplier Relationwill be responsible for directly communicating with manufacturers and suppliers primarily through phone calls and email to collect accurate, up‑to‑date technical and compliance information. The role requires using SE’s internal systems and tools to support customers by ensuring that all collected data is complete, reliable, and aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and manageprofessional phone and email communications with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain technical and compliance documentation.
• Ensureaccurate data collection and proper entry into SE internal systems and tools.
• Follow up with suppliers to close pending information requests and maintain data completeness.
• Collaborate withcross‑functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve data discrepancies.
• Build and maintainstrong supplier relationships to support smooth and efficient information flow.
• Uphold high standards ofdata accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree inEngineering, Electronics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in supplier communication, data collection, customer service, or a related field (an advantage).
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strongconfidence in conducting professional phone calls.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment todata accuracy.
• Good organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in English (speaking, listening, and writing) is required.
• Basic understanding ofAI, automation, or data analytics concepts is a plus.

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday - Hybrid
• Working Hours: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
