About the Role:

Are you passionate about aircraft production management and ensuring the highest standards in fleet delivery and maintenance?

You will supervise and manage the production, customization, and delivery processes of our new wide body Boeing 787 aircraft, working closely with Boeing to ensure every aircraft meets technical specifications and quality standards.

In this role, you will monitor aircraft production at the manufacturer's site, conduct thorough inspections during various production stages, and manage the resolution of technical and quality issues. You will oversee the technical aspects of aircraft delivery, ensure all production defects are resolved, and coordinate with GACA for airworthiness certification. You will also manage heavy maintenance events, oversee lease transitions including aircraft returns, and ensure compliance with lease agreements and regulatory requirements.

You can expect to conduct pre-delivery inspections, manage acceptance processes including ground and flight tests, coordinate cross-functional teams for aircraft delivery projects, and serve as technical liaison between Riyadh Air, lessors, Boeing, and regulatory authorities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

About You:

Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or holder of an AME License (preferably on the B787), you will demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of experience in aircraft production, maintenance, new aircraft delivery processes, and aviation regulations, preferably with wide body experience.

You are expected to possess in-depth knowledge of aircraft manufacturing processes, systems, and industry standards, along with a B787-9 license. You will also bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with excellent communication abilities.

We'd love to hear from you even more if you possess additional language proficiency beyond English, as well as hands-on experience managing aircraft lease returns, heavy maintenance projects, and working directly with OEMs like Boeing on production and quality matters.
