Engineer, Instrumentation & Control

Job Purpose:

Lead the design, installation, and management of Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems for construction projects. Ensure all systems are safe, efficient, and compliant with relevant codes and standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, manage documentation, and monitor budgets and progress to deliver high-quality control systems.

Policies & Procedures:

• Adhere to organizational policies and safety protocols.

• Maintain a productive and compliant work environment.

I&C Execution & Team Coordination:

• Lead execution of detailed I&C designs and specifications.

• Review plans and blueprints for technical feasibility and improvements.

• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to ensure seamless system integration.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to on-site I&C teams.

Documentation & Budget Control:

• Maintain accurate records of instrumentation data and project documentation.

• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance.

• Monitor project budgets, implement cost-control measures, and support financial efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

• 7–8 years of experience in I&C systems installation and execution for infrastructure projects.
