Primary Responsibilities
Strategic and planning
Core
- Implementation of various Kaizen Initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Adherence to maintenance budget to improve gross margin.
Core
- Implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
- Monitor equipment breakdown and implement CAPA actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis of repeated breakdowns to eliminate & reduce the breakdowns.
- Ensure availability of critical spares.
- Manage systems and equipment data storage and maintain high levels of standards and accuracy.
- Monitor repair & maintenance expenses and ensure adherence to the budgeted norms.
- Ensure calibration of all equipments like pressure vessels, lifting equipments etc.
- Participate in cross functional improvement projects.
- Assist in preparing monthly MIS report.
- Adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation all equipments.
- Arrange resources required for maintenance activities.
