Key Accountabilities
- Plan the weekly and daily workload with appropriate resource mapping to achieve targeted KPI’s.
- Prepare weekly and monthly agents and operations performance reports.
- Support implementation of complex VIP requirements regarding software and hardware.
- Plan for executive management hardware and software updates in a timely manner to ensure business continuity.
- Follow up on the escalation process to ensure the service standards in terms of quality and response times are always met.
- Work with other members to ensure optimum desktop network.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Technology/ Information Services role.
Skills
- Ability to lead teams
- Very strong technical knowledge in telecom infrastructure
- Demonstration of strong Leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong English language written & verbal communication skills. Bilingual capability (fluency in English & Arabic).
