Engineer - Office

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Engineer to support our Tendering and Estimation Department. This role is ideal for a motivated engineering graduate or junior professional looking to build a career in tendering, estimation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), review tender documents, and assist in the preparation of tender-related documentation.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQs) for suppliers
• Coordinate with department heads and project engineers for the requirements and support
• Assist in the preparation of commercial and technical correspondence as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to tenders, quotations, and project activities.
• Support the estimation and procurement processes by gathering and analyzing relevant project information.

Qualifications

• Degree in any Engineering, (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline is preferred)
• 0–2 years of relevant experience as an Office Engineer; fresh graduates can apply.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to construction, infrastructure, MEP, utilities, or industrial projects will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD is an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Candidates holding their own valid UAE visa will be preferred
• Ready to Join Immediately.
