Engineer - Planning

· Assistance in taking viability of the proposed land

· Coordination & Assistance in concept freezing

· Guidance and checking in License preparation,PCB,Fire,Aviation,MoEF as per norms

· Guidance in preparation of supporting statutory documents

· Provide technical support during the licensing period to the branches

· Preparation of the necessary documents for the CRISIL rating

· Assistance and coordination in the design development stage

· Preparation of landshare

· Guidance and checking in completion drawing

· Project Coordination

· Coordination between site architects all other consultant such as Plumbing, Electrical, structural, STP , landscape etc

· Preparation of brochure drawings

· Preparation of Combined option

· Preparation of Building Tax & One time Tax assessment

· Preparation of new projects monthly calendar

· Verification in Approvals of Bills, common area percentage

· Coordination in view finalization

· Coordination in preparation of client electrical drawing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
