Engineer PMC - Cost Control

Qualification : BSc - Civil Engineer

Experience: 5 - 6 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

Should have Knowledge of Preparation of Annual Budget and Latest Forecast

Proficiency of Cost Monitoring Software (SAP)

Prepares Matrix to show split of work into zones / area, discipline, and responsibility.

Ensures that Field Engineering effectively performs their function of estimating BOM and BOQ, Preparation of fabrication and installation drawings, and providing clarification wherever required.

Analysis progress and efficiency reports

Updates and monitors Level III plan keeping in view overall master schedule

Regularly performs critical path analysis, anticipates bottlenecks, and highlights these to Site Manager

Understand the projects chart of accounts and its mapping on to the company’s cost center and closely with Financial Controller in developing cost reports comparing cost vs. revenue on a cost center basis.
