What awaits you in this role?

We are looking for a passionate Engineer - Advanced Data Analytics (Quality Systems) who will join our team at Product Quality Directorate.

• Managing and leading establishment, certification, development, audit and reporting of Reliability, FMEA, Six Sigma, Advanced Data Analytics in line with the needs of the organization,
• Close monitoring of Reliability and Durability tests on the products,
• Periodic review of activity lists with related stakeholders,
• Live monitoring and reporting of Reliability, FMEA, Six Sigma, Advanced Data Analytics indicators by dashboards,
• Active participation and support to New Product Implementation process,
• Reviewing Reliability, FMEA, 6 Sigma, Advanced Data Analytics projects for domestic/overseas plants and outsourced products and tracking them with local teams,
• Planning/realization and follow-up of awareness and orientation training for Reliability, FMEA, Six Sigma, Advanced Data Analytics,
• Close monitoring of Reliability, FMEA, Six Sigma targets, Advanced Data Analytics (Objective Key Results) on dashboards and realization.

The position located in Çayırova, İstanbul.

How do we decribe perfect match?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering,
• Having experience in in project management,
• General knowledge of Total Quality Management and Quality Management System Standards (ISO 9001), Reliability, FMEA (Failure Mode Effect Analysis), 6 Sigma and statistical techniques
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Understanding needs of the customer & market,
• Having the desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
