Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination
Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring pipeline project activities.
Coordinate between design, procurement, and site execution teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and drawings.
Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, codes, and standards.
2. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation including drawings, technical submittals, work permits, and correspondence.
Prepare and update project tracking sheets, minutes of meetings (MOM), DPRs (Daily Progress Reports), DLRs, and MIS updates.
3. Site Coordination
Follow up with site teams for work progress, manpower deployment, and resource availability.
Coordinate with QA/QC, safety, and construction teams for inspection and clearance activities.
Support resolution of site issues and interface with client and subcontractors.
4. Procurement & Material Management
Assist in material requirement planning and follow-up with procurement for timely delivery.
Monitor inventory, material inward/outward records, and vendor coordination.
Review Material Requisitions (MRs) and assist in logistics coordination for site requirements.
5. Client & Stakeholder Interaction
Liaise with client, consultant, and internal departments for technical clarifications and approvals.
Participate in client meetings and prepare project updates and presentations.
