JOB SUMMARY

Primary function of this role is to execute and ensure the effectiveness of the QAQC Program, as well as personally inspect and ensure the Operations & Maintenance work performed by the ESOM teams (Soft & Hard Services) meets the specifications outlined by the Client. Responsible for identifying work, inspecting and validating completed work, issuing reports on findings, maintaining files and ensuring the correction and subsequent compliance on any deficiencies. The QAQC Engineer will ensure that the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Civil maintenance are completed as per SFG20 standard, client agreements and best industry practices.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administers, executes and continually improves the Quality Assurance & Control Program.
• Manages, monitors, and conducts inspection of services for quality and contract compliance.
• Monitors work order system to ensure compliance and acceptable levels of performance.
• Validates completion of maintenance works
• Manages and monitors results of re‐works, follow‐up inspections and corrective actions.
• Manages and monitors customer satisfaction.
• Experience with development of SOP, NCR, CAPA, ITP, and Internal Audit Plans.
• Lead Auditor into Integrated Management System from an accredited Institute.
• Collects, records, reports and analyses all quality data for trends.
• Reports quality trends to the Project Manager and the QHSE lead.
• Uses judgement and initiative in the selection, interpretations and application of guides, making compromises and adaptations, when necessary within the framework of established contractual objectives.
• Assists the Project Manager in administering company policies and procedures
• Monitors Energy Management Initiatives on site and creates reports
• Interacts with customers, subcontractors, and other project elements to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Flexible to perform other duties as assigned.
